Terms and Conditions for Using the 1cinta Platform

Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing or using any part of the 1cinta platform, you hereby accept and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. This acceptance takes effect immediately from the moment you begin using our services.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the 1cinta platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms is considered acceptance of the amended terms.

User Eligibility

The 1cinta platform is intended solely for individuals who meet all of the following criteria. We carry out strict eligibility checks to ensure the platform is used responsibly and in compliance with the international licensing requirements we hold.

Account Registration

Information required during registration includes your full name, active email address, Malaysian mobile number, and any other information that may be needed for identity verification purposes. The 1cinta platform reserves the right to request supporting documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or passport to verify your identity.

• Password — You are fully responsible for the security of your account password. Use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.
• Email verification — A verification link will be sent to the registered email address. The account must be verified before any transactions can be made.
• Updating information — Any changes to personal information must be updated through the account settings section or by contacting customer support.

Deposits and Payment Methods

The 1cinta platform accepts a range of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR), except for cryptocurrency payment methods.

Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source. 1cinta reserves the right to carry out compliance checks on any deposit that requires further verification. Deposits made using unverified methods may be returned.

• The name of the payment account holder must match the name registered on the 1cinta platform.
• For cryptocurrency, the exchange rate applied is the prevailing market rate at the time the transaction is received.
• 1cinta is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.

Withdrawals

Users may withdraw funds from their account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions set by the 1cinta platform.

• Any bonus funds for which the wagering requirements have not yet been met cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirement is completed.
• Withdrawals may be delayed for security review or additional identity verification purposes.
• The 1cinta platform reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing a first-time withdrawal or withdrawals exceeding a certain limit.
• Only one active withdrawal request is permitted at a time. A subsequent request may be submitted once the previous one has been processed.

Bonuses and Promotions

• Each user is entitled to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another user or exchanged directly for cash without meeting the wagering requirements.

• Any misuse of the bonus system, including bonus arbitrage or opposing bets, will result in immediate cancellation of the offer concerned.

Game Rules

All games available on the 1cinta platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games and horse racing — are operated according to their respective rules, which can be found in the help section of each game.

• The results of all games are final. Any dispute regarding a game result must be submitted within 72 hours of the date the game in question took place.
• For live casino games including baccarat, roulette, blackjack and sic bo, the dealer's decision is final unless a verifiable technical error has occurred.
• Bets placed during an internet connection disruption cannot be cancelled and will be processed according to the actual game result.
• Any technical error occurring within the game system will be investigated and resolved in accordance with 1cinta's internal policy.
• The platform reserves the right to suspend or void any bets placed during a confirmed system disruption.

User Conduct

Users of the 1cinta platform are expected to act honestly, responsibly and with respect towards other users and our team. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action.

• Using automated software, bots or any third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or to exploit the bonus system collectively.
• Spreading false information, defaming the platform or causing reputational damage to 1cinta through any medium.
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities in any form.
• Accessing another person's account without authorisation, or attempting to obtain another user's login credentials.
• Disclosing any confidential information obtained from the platform to third parties without written authorisation.

Account Termination and Suspension

Platform 1cinta reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time if there is a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or a need for further investigation.

• Users may close their own account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email.
• Before an account is closed, all eligible cash balances will be returned to the user once the review process is complete.
• Accounts suspended for investigation purposes cannot be used until the investigation is concluded and the outcome has been communicated to the user.
• In cases of termination due to fraud or serious breach, the account balance may be withheld subject to the outcome of the investigation.

Platform Liability Limits
